His responsibilities include programming exhibitions for the museum, securing artwork for the collection, communicating with donors, and managing day to day operations. He has worked in the museum field for over twenty years with the Wichita Falls Museum of Art at MSU Texas as Curator of Collections and Exhibitions.

Bills received his BFA in Printmaking in 1994 from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, and earned his MFA in Printmaking from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas in 1998. Our Judge for this year's exhibit is Danny Bills. There will be Closing Reception for the exhibit on Saturday, August 22. The cost to enter a piece in the show is $20. Katherine has exhibited her works of art in over 450 National and Juried Competitive shows, Solo, and Invitational exhibitions throughout the United States and abroad, and has received numerous purchase and juried awards. She is also the recipient of the Bhattacharya Research Excellence Award, the Cameron University Faculty Hall of Fame, the Phi Kappa Phi Distinguished Faculty Award, and received the title of the Artist of the year by the Paseo Art Association in Oklahoma City. Katherine was awarded the Oklahoma Governor’s Art and Education Award in Oklahoma City at the State Capitol in 2014. Katherine has a Master of Fine Art from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science from Southern Connecticut State University. Katherine Liontas-Warren, Professor of Art at Cameron University has been a resident of Oklahoma since 1984, where she teaches drawing, printmaking, and watercolor.
